"LET
PATIENCE HAVE ITS PERFECT WORK IN
YOU"
09/03/2003
James
1:2-4
My
brethren, count it all joy when ye
fall into divers temptations;
Knowing this, that the trying of
your faith worketh patience.
But let patience have her perfect
work, that ye may be perfect and
entire, wanting nothing.
Phl. 3:13-14
Brethren,
I count not myself to have
apprehended: but this one thing I do,
forgetting those things which are
behind, and reaching forth unto those
things which are before, I press
toward the mark for the prize of the
high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
1Co
9:24
Know
ye not that they which run in a race
run all, but one receiveth the prize?
So run, that ye may obtain.
Heb 12:1
Wherefore
seeing we also are compassed about
with so great a cloud of witnesses,
let us lay aside every weight, and the
sin which doth so easily beset us, and
let us run with patience the race that
is set before us,
Before
a person enters a race, they must
first train, they run daily, to
exercise their muscles, they eat
proper foods to replace all that may
be lost during this intense training,
all of this is done prior to entering
into the race, the initial sign up,
afterwards, once they have signed up,
they train and they train hard to get
their bodies in shape they focus on
one thing only, and that is to be the
best that they can be in order to win
this race, no matter what type of
whether it might be on that day, or
how many are racing against them
whether there will be short men or
short woman, or not, all they are
concerned with is the terrain that
they will be running on, the time it
will take to run it, and who are the
out of all of the runners might give
them a challenge in beating this race.
They only enter to "Win" not
to come in last place, or Third, nor
second, they run to come in
"First," they desire to win!
However, in this natural race there
can only be one winner, and thats the
first to cross the "finish
line," in the world system there
is only one, but this is not the case
with Our Fathers System and
Governments.
We
where told by the Lord to run the race
and not to give up, but to
"Win," if one of us wins all
of us win, but if all of us loose we
all loose, we are one body, with many
members all working together as one,
One God Head which is Jesus.
Understand
that without the running of the race,
without the sweat, the body aches, the
pressure, the learning of letting
patience have its perfect work in you
as we wait on HIM to deliver us
from the lions den, we are
left feeling helpless and in despair.
We hear the lions roar, and know
that this place is a place of patience
to learn to wait upon the Lord to reach
down in the pit and deliver us from
harms way
(Dan.
6:16)
Then
the king commanded, and they brought
Daniel, and cast him into the den of
lions. Now the king spake and said
unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest
continually, he will deliver thee.),
We must
understand that even though we
are deep in the pit such as Daniel,
Joseph, Jacob was their are two
factors taking place here, although
Daniel was in the Lions Den, his
placement by God in that very pit was
to test him to see if he would in fact "Trust
God in Patience" while
waiting in peace. We know that
God is a God of 100% faith, and if
your lacking in that which was
established in you, your wait will be
a long one according to your faith, it
is by "Faith through
Patience" that you will be
delivered. If then your
"Faith in HIM through
Patience" is worked out in you, a
perfect work, your stay will be a
short one, as we see with Daniel. But
then we also see in the case of Jacob, and
in his wrestling within himself, cause
his faith not to be "Patience Worked
Out," we see Joseph, fighting
himself for being in the very pit that
God placed him in for the perfecting
of his "Patience," until
Jacob allowed "Patience"
to have "Its Perfect Work"
in him in the place of the pit, he
could not remove himself. I
see two factors here;
1.
In the case of Daniel, God permitted
him to be cast into the pit with the
Lions, to test Daniel's "Faith in
Patience", in Hope of waiting on
God to deliver him, but one thing I
also see is that in this place Daniel,
regardless of what he seen with his
natural eyes, of how many Lions where
in this place with him, or if he would
ever get out, or if he would die in
this place, one thing Daniel had is
the "Faith" to
"Trust" that God was able to
produce that which He had spoken to
him, and that was, by
"Faith" that he would be
delivered if he did not wave in the
test of his faith being Perfected
while in natural position of dying in
this place. Daniel was so
relaxed in the "Patience of
God," that it produced
its "Perfect Work" in him,
he got out of the pit, because he "Trust
God" completely with his
life he was delivered immediately.
The
very thing that one fears in the
mind (our soul) area was not stronger
then the God in his temple, yet with
Job, this was not the case, Job
stated;
(Job
3:25)
For
the thing which I greatly feared is
come upon me, and that which I was
afraid of is come unto me.
It
was this type of "Faith in
Fearing" because of the lesson
that was for him to be tested in,
"Patience" that Job fell,
and did not understand "Why"
or "What" he had done, that
God had not delivered him from his
pit, he made atonement's to God, he
kept prayer over his family and land
and things that God had blessed
him with, yet Satan was given
permission to touch his flesh, not his
life, but only his flesh to prove him
to God a liar and a weak servant.
The Lord allowed Satan to touch Job
because He knew that He had placed in
Job that would bring HIM out of this
pit. Job was touched in his
body/flesh, in sickness of his
skin, in his physical body, his
mind, and the destruction on his
household, his children died as well
as his wife turned on him and
challenged him to curse God and die,
leaving him only his friends who
also began to minister to him to heal
in body, mind and spirit, only to turn
on him in the end, speaking false
prophecies to him to convince him that he
had to do something to make this curse
fall on him, God filled there mouths
with lies, yes they where Prophets,
but there are many times where God
will tell you something, and then tell
you not to believe anyone who comes
against what He has told you,
that you are to keep the charge of
what He said to you and no other, but
when pressure comes we question the
Will of God for our lives and
even the very thing that God spoke to
you become an "Untruth"
because of the "Pains" in
waiting for this test to be over.
God filled there mouths with lies and
they all turned on him, which made him
doubt the lesson of what God had
spoken to him as well as the trying of
his faith, hence he was nevertheless in
"Pit", and wanted to
get out. We see Job, compiling
over and over, asking God why, why
God, why this, why me, how come, this type
of attitude will keep you in the
pit and take you deeper into it. It
also shows that if you enter into
the "Pit" and you refused to
be proven in allowing
"Patience" to have it
"Perfect Work" in you,
you will stay for seasons, until you
are proven and your "Faith"
produces after the seeds set after its
own kind and that seed is
"Patience."
Daniel
was given the reward in winning the
race he obtained the prize in the
press of the running of this race, and
receive the "High Calling."
It was due to Daniel's "Faith In
God" that put him in this place,
you see, our faith will place us in
positions that we in the natural would
rather not be, our "Faith"
will prove to us, who and where we
truly stand in God, our
"Faith" will produce the
seed that are within our inner
"Grounds" (our spirit man),
our "Faith will bring us
out," or if there is "Dead
Faith" in us, it will keep us
there in that "Pit" until we
surrender it and learn to allow
God to bring us into
"Perfect ness" thru the
trial of "Patience" being
worked out in us.
Our "Faith" is like
a catapult that slings us "Forward"
or it will take us
'Backwards," for there are no
failures in Jesus, only repeaters of
that very test until the race is
complete. This type of test is
ordered by God to prove us to
ourselves God knows what's in us, just
as He knew that Job would in fact pass
his test in time, that it would take
some time with Job, yet with Daniel it
did not take as long because
Daniel's eyes stayed fixed
on Jesus, in his "Faith"
thru "Patience" he
was unshakable, unmovable, after all
if we really truly know God then we
know that if He Gathered us and
spoke unto the dust that it
should breath and then named us,
assigned us to a duty on the front
lines of warfare in HIM, then
He is more than able to bring us out
of any kind of 'Pit'. Therefore, it
is no surprise to God when we fall
short in the "Perfecting of our
Faith" being worked out through
"Patience", for He said,
Prov.
24:16
For
a just man falleth seven times, and
riseth up again: but the wicked shall
fall into mischief.
It
is also one of the reasons why He
still loves each of us because He
knows what in us that in the end
leading to our new beginning we will
in fact finish the course and win the
race that was given to us to run with
Victory, the very Victory that He gave
to us before the foundations of the
earth was established for He is
"FATHER" all alone by
HIMSELF. He knows our
comings and in our goings, yet He
never changes, He
is "Love" Perfected
in us.
2.
In the test of Jacob we
see him wrestling within himself, he
did not want to lose control of his
self, he wanted to be in control of
himself in this thing, he did not want
to be there and yet wanted to be
blessed, we like to have our cake and
eat it too, we want the Glory without
the Pressures that are attached to
them, we don't understand that without
the pressure in our "Faith"
we will not produce the
"Glory" that is to be given
to God through us when He delivers us
out of the "Pit", this is
why Jacob was unable to find comfort
in this "Pit", he
fought hard to get out in his own
ability, he desired to climb out in
the natural, he new he could not
without a ladder, hence in the vision,
he seen a latter with Angles acceding
up and down, but in the natural Jacob
desire was to escape that which God
had called to be in his life to
prefect his "Faith" and to
"Force" him to learn
"Patience" while waiting in
the "Pit", with Jacob, there
where no Loins to roar, there was
nothing but Jacob, flesh warring
against spirit, in this place,
this was enough to prove Jacob's
level of "Patience".
It was not that of Daniel's yet
God still called it to be so, many of
us go through trials and test of God
and feel that we are not able to
complete the course set before us, but
let me tell you this, If God called
you to it, then God can and will bring
you through it in "Patience"
in "A Greater Faith" that He
will get more "Glory" not
only from you, but from those around
you who seen what you just went
through to be proven by HIM.
God
added more to the test with Daniel,
because He knew the level that Daniel
was on as well as the level that
Daniel was going to be after this test
of "Patience." He gave
Daniel visual in the natural
knowing that he would not shake in his
faith for deliverance, the "Lions"
where in fact there with him, he could
see them, smell them, but Daniel's
"Patience in waiting" on God
gave him the "Peace" to be
still in this place. This
is the same with many of us, we are
placed in test by HIM to be used mightily
in the Work of the Ministry for
the perfecting of the Saints, yet when
we enter into this place we don't know
what to do, we panic, we cry, we call
for help, but I am here to tell you
that when God calls you to the
"Pit" its just 3 people
there, God, Satan and You, and
its up to you to get out or stay in
that place depending on the confession
of your mouths and what's really in
your heart.
This was not the case with Jacob and
Job, on the level that they were
placed to be "Perfected"
unlike Daniel, they buckled, they
cried, they fought themselves,
they argued with God, they
questioned Gods intentions as to
what He was doing with them, neither
of them clearly wanted to be
in this place, non of us do, we feel
that we have obtained the promise
to the point of
"No
Testing"
From
the Father at all, the state of mind
that says to a person "I have
arrived" and "I Am
Holy" so I will not be
"Tested."
We
see God touching Jacob's hip to
keep him from hurting himself,
although to Jacob it would have been
better to get out of this pit, in the
end God knew that what He was called
to this "Pit" was necessary
to produce the "Fruit" in
him that was needed for the work that
was set before him that he was not
aware of so it was needful to keep him
in this place until he birth that
which God had put in him to become in
"Patience." Therefore
he was kept inside the
"Pit" until he proved that
he could come out by and through
allowing "Patience" to have
its perfect work in him so that he
would be able to Rule many Nations.
(Gen.
32:24-26),
24
And Jacob was left alone; and there
wrestled a man with him until the
breaking of the day. 25
And when he saw that he prevailed not
against him, he touched the hollow of
his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's
thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled
with him 26 And he said, Let me go,
for the day breaketh. And he said, I
will not let thee go, except thou
bless me.
Many times in testing by God, He will
allow a physical pain in our
members to take place to hold us in
place, if not we will run from the
race and the victory will never be
ours nor will our lips give Him the
Glory that is due HIM. It is
therefore necessary for pains to come
out of bitter places that the sweet
will spring forth from a dark place
and create light that will lead us to
His "Peace" in waiting on
"Patience." We
all know that if we feel pains in
our bodies, certain types of pains
will make you lay down, while we lay
down, we pray, or call on the Lord to
deliver us out, or we complain and ask
why are we being attack in this
manner, we question Gods Greatness in
being our "FATHER" in
knowing that He is able to deliver us
out of anything, this is because we as
children of God have a not been proven
in the "Patience" of God to
wait on the Lord and be of good
courage (Ps. 27:14) we want fast
results, and if we are forced to wait a
week, or a year, or many years, we
then go from "Faith" in
"Patience" to
"Fear" and "Doubt"
that He will removed the torn that He
placed in us. Sometimes God give
us a torn to live with forever on this
earth as he did with Paul, to remind
us of our weakness in our own self
rather then our strength without HIM.
In
(PS 23) God says to us because
He knows that if He does not make
us we will not He states: He
maketh me, lay down in green
pastures, He leadeth me ,
besides the still waters, He
restoreth my soul, (minds)
this sometimes takes time on our part,
but God is in total control of us in
all things and in all ways, we have no
say in this, He leads us,
He
maketh us,
He restoreth our souls, He"
does it not us.
This
depends on the child who is going thru
the trial, if that child wills is not
lined up with God's Will to yield
to God's Desires in their life, that
child's will, will be broken,
if the child is fighting
God's Will for their lives and
believes that Satan is the reason for
the season that they are in, they war
and sow sparely because you cant fight
God and win, only Satan, this test was
called and ordered by God not Satan,
Satan just came as He is used by God
to prove us before men, not to God, he
already knows who we are, Satan as
well knows and fears that we would
find the whole truth. This
test will produce "Bitter
Wine" instead of "Sweet
Wines", if this person believed
that God would deliver him/her, but
when it does not happen at an
appointed time allotted by the person
then their faith is not made whole in
them, it produces pains, and from
pains come bitterness and from
bitterness comes doubt, and from doubt
comes despair and then separation as
with the test of Job, Satan showed up
amongst the Sons of God requesting
that God remove the hedge from around
Job so that he would curse HIM.
But God stuck out His Many Breasted
Chest and said to Satan, go, touch all
that he possess, but this one thing,
do not touch his life. Count
yourselves worthy when the Lord boast
upon you before men because if God
give permission for the test in your
mind, body, spirit, then God already
knows how it will come out and there
is a greater blessing attached to that
which you already possess.
Jas
1:2
My
brethren, count it all joy when ye
fall into divers temptations;
Also
understand and hear sound wisdom, God
will lead us to green Pastures as
we are being tried by fires, He
will set us by the still waters,
removing the Storms from our lives, He
will restoreth our souls, but this
will only happen if we allow Him total
access into our hearts, He in
turn will give us total
"Peace" while in the valley
of the shadow of death, and
while in this place we will learn the
gift of "Patience" having it
perfect work in us through
"Trust."
Pr
3:5
Trust
in the LORD with all thine heart; and
lean not unto thine own understanding.
Pains
of the flesh or of the heart will
still make a person do one of two
things they will either be more hungry
waiting on God to deliver them out of
this place because they continued to
look at where they were led instead of
where He has lead them to, the
"Pastures", not the
"Pit" they keep looking back
at the "Pit" and thats all
the person sees is the "Pit"
and they associate the "Pit"
with "Pain" which cause one
to run a false race that has no reward
attached to it but "Death"
Pr
16:25
There
is a way that seemeth right unto a
man, but the end thereof are the ways
of death.
If the person is fighting against that
which was called to be by God in
there lives, then that battle becomes
a strong hold, that will keep that
person prisoner of his own
circumstances and as a result the
child will began to blame God for not
removing the cup that was given to
them to drink from in the first place
and no one can drink your cup but you.
Mr
10:38
But
Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what
ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I
drink of? and be baptized with the
baptism that I am baptized with?
Mt
26:39
And
he went a little further, and fell on
his face, and prayed, saying, O my
Father, if it be possible, let this
cup pass from me: nevertheless not as
I will, but as thou wilt.
Your
cup is your cup and on one else can
drink it no matter how hard you try to
shear it, its yours assigned to you
and only you.
Although we
have been given the total set of
keys to release ourselves from
bondage,
Mt
16:19
And
I will give unto thee the keys of the
kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou
shalt bind on earth shall be bound in
heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt
loose on earth shall be loosed in
heaven.
They
will not be able to do so, because the
"Faith" in
"Patience" to "Trust"
Jesus to bring you out of this place
will not be activated in you, whereby
He said,
2Ti
1:6
Wherefore
I put thee in remembrance that thou
stir up the gift of God, which is in
thee by the putting on of my hands.
Hence it will produce seed
after its own kind, "Fear",
the fear of never getting out of this
place and you never will, for it is
written these are they who died
without obtaining the Promises of God
Heb
11:13
These
all died in faith, not having received
the promises, but having seen them
afar off, and were persuaded of them,
and embraced them, and confessed that
they were strangers and pilgrims on
the earth.
Yes,
they fought, yes they believed, Yes,
they preached, laid hands, and did
many things in the name of our Lord,
but they still left this place without
obtaining the "Promises"
thru "Faith" being
worked out in "Patience" as
they ran the course for the
Kingdom.
Jas
2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast
faith, and I have works: shew me thy
faith without thy works, and I will
shew thee my faith by my works.
Jas 2:20
But
wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith
without works is dead?
Jas 2:26
For
as the body without the spirit is
dead, so faith without works is dead
also.
Faith
without labor/works is dead faith,
notice that the word "Labor"
is an action word, it means
work, sweat, make ready, movement on
that person part of some type, weather
its through prayer or fasting, or
mediation of things that are set
Above, there still must be
"Labor" in that child that
will cause the springing forth of
"Testing" by
"Fires" of the very thing
that child planted, every test that
you take is a test that you planted
and watered for the level of
"Faith" that God is taken
you to. If we
do not struggle in the things that HE
allows to be in our lives, our
faith will be made whole and our
healings will come as
"Patience" is worked out in
us that we do here on this earth for
His Kingdom and in His Name.
Therefore,
whatever He does in your life let it
be well with your souls, that
"Patience" will have its "Perfect"
work/labor in you. Trust
the Lord with your very life and
breath, and learn that even if you
never receive the "Promises"
here on this earth, as they did not
your name is still "written in
the Lambs Book Of Life in Blood"
You
will still obtain "Victory"
in Jesus in His Kingdom, either way should
be fine and well with your
soul for "Patience" is
now "Perfected" in you and
there is no more fight left in you
to battle against yourself.
Learn
what it is to be poured
out like water, and given as a drink
offering to those who thirst as He
was, I am also. Therefore, Continue
to minister and to lead the lost
to Salvation, do deliverance, and the
works of the Evangelist, that God
is pleased with you.
2Ti
4:5
But
watch thou in all things, endure
afflictions, do the work of an
evangelist, make full proof of thy
ministry.
Be
thankful for all things under the sun
and in darkness, no matter what things
you are in learn to be thankful that
He does this in remembrance of you in
HIM. For this I am thankful
Storing up, storing up treasures to
fill your Mansions.
Eph
5:20
Giving
thanks always for all things unto God
and the Father in the name of our Lord
Jesus Christ;
So
for those who have been doing a
lot of laying down in Green Pastures,
lay there in "Peace" and "Be
Still", for those who are laying
in Green Pastures but you keep looking
back at your "Pit" its time
to come out and let go of the
"Old" and caught onto the
"New," still waiting, but
now not in
"Distress", But in
'Hope," and "Joy" and
"Peace" in the HolyGhost.
Know
and understand that God took
you to this place to "Make
You", and while you are their
your main focus is to set your
eyes on Jesus, holding on, asking
Him to strength you in this
place, to lead you besides the
still waters, to keep your souls from
the enemy.
I
personally, will not ask Him to
deliver me from the "Pit,"
before I receive the
"Promise" of
"Patience" that "Faith"
will be worked out, Labored out in me
to "Perfection" that I
may obtain the "Promises" of
God in "Power." He
said that he would and I have already
asked and know that He will in His own
time. I cant see where the
Master is leading me, but I know that
I am led, and will follow. He
said to me, suffer, suffer daughter,
suffer little children and come unto
Me for where I AM Ye may be
also.
Lu
18:16
But
Jesus called them unto him, and said,
Suffer little children to come unto
me, and forbid them not: for of such
is the kingdom of God.
