"To My Special Dad"
Happy Father's Day
It is Father's day and once again
Our thoughts go back to dad,
We thank him
for the love he gave,
I'm so happy that he was my dad.
 Oh how the years has gone so fast Since you left and went away, So many things you taught me, I remember just like yesterday.
My dad worked hard and toiled long He did so much
for his family, God saw him getting weary and tired, He said, I'll bring you home with me. Dad is resting with His father With the Angels
gathered around, Each time the gate comes open, He looks to see who is coming home.
I feel his presence when I hurt He understands about my pain,
When the billows row upon me, I talk to him time and time again.
