Prayer Jesus taught us to pray..
Matthew 6-9

Our Father
which art
in heaven,
Hallowed
be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy
will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread. And
forgive us our debts, as we forgive our
debtors. And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver
us from evil:
For thine is
the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
for ever. Amen.

Awesome God, I stand in awe
As I think of all You've done for me,
I give to You my praise and love,
I will dwell with You for all eternity.

Awesome God, You are sovereign
You are my pillar of love each day,
You gather me in your strong arms,
You hold me always close to Your heart.

Awesome God, how I love to be with You
And hear You whisper, sweet peace within,
You are my joy, my comfort and shield,
You're preparing a mansion for me to dwell.

Awesome God, I yield my life to You
Each new day is a gift that I enjoy,
Through all the trials, You linger near,
Holding unto You, I will never fear.

Awesome God, You are loving and so kind
You see the sparrows as they fall,
You send sunshine for the flowers,
God You are mine, My all in all.

Awesome God, I just love You
My God reigneth, Let us rejoice,
You're my crown, I long to see Your face,
I'll press in close, until I win the race.

P-R-A-Y-E-R

P is for....Persistent, Jesus told the
disciples to always pray and not give up.
Luke 18:1

R is for....Recieve, Let us then approach
the throne of grace with confidence, so
that we may recieve mercy and find grace
to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16

A is for....Asking, If any of you lack
widsom ask God who gives generously
to all without finding fault, and it
will be given to him. James 1:5

Y is for....You, And if I go and
prepare a place for you, I will
come back and take you with me that
You also will be where I am. John 14:3

E is for....Effective, The prayer of a
righteous man is powerful and effective.
James 5: 16

R is for....Requests, Let your gentleness
be evident to all. The Lord is near.
Do not be anxious about anything,
by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,
present your request to God. Philippians 4:5-6
