A Heart for Jesus

Father give me a heart for Jesus, so that I may follow Him each day.

Direct my steps and guide me as through Him I daily pray.

Father give me a heart for Jesus, I want so much to believe.

Keep the doubts and fear away and let Satan not deceive.

Father give me a heart for Jesus, let my thoughts be of Him each day.

May my words and actions reflect His love by following Him I promise not to stray.

Father give me a heart for Jesus, may all I do glorify You.

Reveal to me all that I need to keep me faithful and true.

Father give me a heart for Jesus, and open it wide with love

Show me the way that I must go, help me to live with His love.
