Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" (Hebrews 13:5-6 NIV) This is a promise from God, that no matter what happens in our lives, no matter what difficulties we face, no matter how hopeless we feel, He will never forsake us. He will hold our hand throughout the journey of our lives, always loving us, leading and guiding us just as long as we trust in Him.

The truth is that "nothing, absolutely nothing" as Paul says in Romans, can separate us from the love of our God, not man, not ANYTHING in all creation. As believers we have the presence of an Almighty God who longs to walk with us, talk with us, and lead us in every aspect of our lives if we will just allow Him to. There will always be people who try to rob us of all we have in Christ but nothing that man does will ever stop us from being loved by Him. He loves us and wants to reside in our hearts and lives.

Today, we need to trust in Him and not be afraid of what mere man can do. We need to worship Him in spirit and in truth and be transformed by His glory. We must recognize that no matter what may take place in our hearts and lives, He will never leave us. He will never forsake us but He will hide us in His love and under the shadow of His wings. "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." (Isaiah 41:10)
