Late in the evening
She gives them back to Jesus
His grace and His mercy
Her prayers ascend to heaven

She cries out in prayer
For the children she’s raising
Because she knows God will care.
On the altar of her heart,
Knowing He has held them
In His presence from the start.
She prays He will give
To her precious little children
In the lives that they live.
On the wings of a dove,
Floating to the Father
Through this Godly mother’s love.
