When mom or dad have a problem with one of their appliances, such as Washer or
dryer,
or heating system, what do
they do? They can't fix it themselves so they get on the phone
and
call someone who can, right?
We
can do the same thing when we have a problem! Instead of getting on the phone,
we
just get on our knees and
cry out to God and tell Him what our problem is. He will tell us to
get His instruction book,
the Bible, and it has all the answers! If we still don't have the
answer,
then we get on our knees and
we have a direct line to Him. We then pour out our problem
to
Him and let Him know that we
need His help! He will help us to know what we need to do
and
if we will be obedient to
Him and do that which is right, He will help us to work out our
problem!
Prayer is better than a
telephone as we don't get put on hold, or get a busy signal. We can
go
directly to Him for He is
always there waiting to hear from us. We must not forget to thank
Him, before we cut the
connection! We also need to let Him know we love Him and appreciate
Him for listening to our
problem. Right?.........
