My voice shalt thou hear in the morning.
O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee,
and will look up.

Psalm 5:3

"My faith looks up to Thee.."

Such a blessed prayer to me..
My faith, so small it seems to be
And yet, great enough for the Lord to see.




My Lord once said,
"Have faith as a grain of mustard seed..
Nothing will be impossible to you,
through me!"

I've thanked the Lord for faith,
His gift to me
And thanked and praised Him
when He heard my plea..
So oft' I only pray when
in time of need..

I fail His abundant blessings to see..
My eyes are blinded by
the things there be
Strewn along my path for me to see..

My ears are not attuned to
His voice to hear
Because of the blaring noises
that clamor about me..

Please pray the following,
very slowly/deliberately:

Oh Lord, please forgive me
when my faith is so small..
Take me aside and whisper
of your love to me..

Cause me to look into your
wondrous Word..

Open my eyes to its great truths..

Hush my voices and open my ears

To be able to discern your voice..

Then Lord, I'll hear your answer

And be able to truly pray,

"My faith looks up to "Thee.."
