A Mother's Treasured Memories
A mothers treasured memories…
Consist of childish things
For a mother treasures…
The joys her children brings
A smile that melts the heart…
From her first born babe
Or any thing one of ….
Her children has made
From the first word one has spoken…
To at the altar they say I do
The treasured memories her children bring…
Never are few
And when one becomes a parent…
Her heart will burst with pride
To see, that proud parent,
experience the joy…
That nothing on earth can hide
Oh, the treasured memories …
All throughout life
This proud mother has…
and would protect with her life
Mothers watch their children grow…
Then sit back and watch them walk away
To have a life of their own…
While she prays for them each day
Then, a mothers treasured memories ….
Goes back to childish things
When she becomes a grand or greatgrand…
And treasures the joys her children bring.
