Through the years and all the tears,
My love for you has never changed.
I wish at times to be a little girl
again so we could start all over.
I don't know why because I
will always be your little girl.

You have always been 'My Hero'
and I know you always will,
not time or even death
can ever change the way I feel.

I know that I have been hard to get along
with and of course you have too.
I guess it's the stubborness
I inherited from you,
But it just made my love for you grow.

God knew what He was doing
when He made you my Dad,
No one else could have done the job,
as well as you have.

I may not say it enough or
show my love for you,
But Daddy, I want you to know,
How very much I love you
and appreciate you too.
