It was a cold Januaury morning when I got the call,
saying to hurry to the hospital that Mallory had been shot.
Needless to say I was in shock and my husband ask me
what was wrong and when I told him he couldn't believe it either.
On Jan. 28, 2005 it will be a year since this tragedy occurred.
We were told for four months that he committed suicide
to find out his finacee and her son had been arrested
for his murder in June, 2004.
In October 2004 Mallory's body was exhumed
and they removed the bullet from his head
and then I watched as they buried my baby brother once again.
His murderers are walking the streets
as our family greives the loss of Mallory.
No trial date has been set and we never hear anything
from the investigators, the solictor, or anyone
that could tell us when this will go to trial.
Mallory was 43 years old when this tragedy took place
and was full of life. He touched the lives of many people.
He is sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
Mallory had many plans for the future
which will never happen now, his life was robbed
and we have no idea why!
Mallory I know you are home in Heaven with God
and many loved ones that left this world before you
and after you. I would give anything for you to be back here
with us but I know even if you could you wouldn't want
to leave your Heavenly Mansion.
Just remember we will see you again!

Mallory was the baby of our family,
he was Mama's baby and Daddy's little man.
His sister Debra thought of him as her own
when they were young and use to carry Mallory on her hip.
She started having pains and the doctor told Mama
that Debra had to stop carrying Mallory, which broke her heart.
Mallory has two older brothers,
Buck who passed of a heart attack on Dec. 27, 2001
and Harry who has fought the battle of cancer and won. "Praise God"
Then there is me, a sister who also took Mallory under her wing
but it was after I was grown and had children of my own.
Mallory lived with me for many years and we shared alot.
I even had people think I was his Mom (boy I must look old)
but I loved it as I loved him, he was like the son I never had.
Here is a picture of Mallory when he was in the ROTC in school.

Another picture of Mallory I wanted to share with you

Mallory loved his family which included his cat Charlie
that he brought back from Calf. in a cigar box
on the dash of his rig, his was an owner/operator at that time.
Charlie died of old age and Mallory had him cremated
and his ashes put in an urn and he requested that
his cat be buried with him and we honored that request.
