Missing You
I just can't believe it
The sun still sets and rises.
The moon and stars still shine.
The flowers still bloom,
The birds still sing.
I expected a change in everything...
I just can't believe it.
It still gets dark and light.
The ocean still has waves,
The rain still rains,
The wind still blows.
Is it because they do not know?
I just can't believe it.
I thought the world would stop,
When in my house I found
An empty chair,
A missing smile.
I thought it would stop
For just a while.
I just can't believe it....

The above picture is my baby brother,
on Jan. 28, 2004
we were told by his finacee' and her son
that he committed suicide,
I never believed that my brother
could or would have done this to himself.
On June 2, 2004 his finacee' son
was arrested for the murder of my brother.
On June 23, 2004 my brother's finacee was arrested
for Accessory after the fact of a felony.
My baby brother was shot in the back of the head
which was another reason I never believed he shot himself.
Now it is left up to our justice system
to bring justice for this senseless act.
Our family is devasted over the death of Mallory
and from what the police is telling us
it could take years before even going to trial.
Please keep my family in your prayers!
