Zacchaeus
Luke 19:2-4
- And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief
among the publicans, and he was rich.
- And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press,
because he was little of stature.
- And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him:
for he was to pass that way.
Zacchaeus was a wee little man,
A wee little man was he.
He climbed up in the sycamore tree,
The Savior for to see.
And when the Savior passed that way,
He looked up in the tree,
And He said,
"Zacchaeus, you come down from there;
For I知 going to your house today,
for I知 going to your house today."
And Zacchaeus came down from that tree,
And he said,
"What a better man I値l be.
I値l give my money to the poor.
What a better man I値l be.
What a better man I値l be."
