My terms
of use are simple. Ask my permission before taking anything from
my site. If given permission, my tutorials or graphics are not
allowed on any sites but those that pertain to making graphics
with Paint Shop Pro. There
really isn't any reason for them to be anywhere else. Tutorials
should ONLY be a link back to this URL and not posted as a whole
on any other site but this one. Anything you create following
my TUTORIALS belongs to you. My tutorials are only a guideline
for you to follow. Below is a list of sites that have been given
permission to use my tutorials or graphics. Please, if you happen
to see my tutorials listed anywhere but the sites I've posted
here, please contact me. It doesn't matter if they took the tutorial
or graphics from my site or someone other than myself sent it
to them through an email. If permission was never asked, it
was stolen - plain and simple. Say someone took your car without
you knowing, hid the title and registration, and passed it off
as their own.......that would be considered stealing, wouldn't
it? And say you confronted the person who had your car and they
said...."Well, so and so gave it to me, I didn't know it
was yours". You'd still have a right to your car and expect
that person to give it back to you correct? It should not be any
different for anything else.
You may contact

the rights of tutorial authors in the world of the web.
*If
I've given you permission to LINK back to my tuts or my site,
and you don't see your site listed here...please let me know so
I can add it. Thank you
If
you can say the vow below and mean it whole-heartedly, you have
permission to "grab" the graphic below and post it to
your site. Right click and save as. Do not link to the graphic
from this sight.
I,
