BEHIND EVERY CLOUD

          He made darkness His secret place, His pavilion round  about Him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies."
                                  Psalm 18: 11.


           God is an ever present help and is always with us. It makes no difference if our days are cloudy or if the sun is shining brightly upon us, God is there.  In the midst of the darkest night, Jesus is the light that shines to guide us safely through this life. You will never walk alone with the Lord in your life.

          The Lord made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about Him was dark waters and thick clouds of the sky. The presence of the One who created the heavens, earth, and everything within is everywhere, as He surrounds us with His great love.  As we reach out to the Lord by faith, we have a blessed assurance He is with us and promised to never leave or forsake us.

          There are many problems of life which people walk through and many dark days which God's children must also walk through. With Jesus as the light of our lives, we have nothing to fear or no reason to falter on our way. He will be with us and as we let Him be Lord of our lives, we find He will always see us through the many storms of life. 

          If you are facing trials in this life, remember there is one who is walking with you.  You will not go under but will overcome as you trust in God and lean not to your own understanding. When we acknowledge Him in all our ways, He has promised to direct our paths.  With Christ leading the way, we can rest assured everything will be alright, regardless of circumstances around us.  God has everything under control and knows the beginning from the end.  All things work together for good to those who love the Lord and are the called according to His purpose.

          One day we shall enter heaven's portals. Only then will we fully realize that all the trials of this life were as nothing, when compared with the glory of God as we behold the Lord in all of His majesty and splendor.  As the words to an old song say, "hold on my child, joy comes in the morning."  "Heaven will surely be worth it all! When we have God in our lives, dark days don't last!  May He be glorified as He is worthy of all our praise.
