I know the "Keeper of the hearts",
He came and rescued me,
I know the one who calms life's storms,
The one whose love sets us free. 


I know one with the secret for lasting love,
He died upon Calvary's tree,
I know his words that whisper sweet peace,
And imparts new life for all eternity. 


I've met the Master of the wind and rain,
I've seen the grace of his nail scarred hands,
With his rod and his staff he comforts me,
As we walk this journey to the promised land. 


I know the one who gave the greatest love,
He shed his blood to set our soul free,
I know the one who is coming again,
I know He will return for you and for me. 


Have you met the one who sent us the Son,
The one who wants to live in your heart?
He is just as close as the mention of his name,
Jesus will give your life a brand new start."
