Phil. 4: 13.

"I can" is a statement that can move mountains in one's life.  If you feel you cannot go on or succeed in life, call upon the Lord as he says, "you can do all things through Him."  He is the one who gives us our strength.  There is no other source for true spiritual strength except from the Lord.  Knowing the one who lives within us is knowing strength, power and life.  We will never walk alone when we follow the Lord as he walks with us. He will lift us up when we feel down and will guide us in his ways that we might go forth as our souls prosper in Him.

Life Application Bible has stated the above Scripture this way:
"For I can do everything God asks me to do with the help of Christ who gives me the strength and power."  The Apostle Paul wrote these words as one who was content because he focused on what he was supposed to do,  not what he felt he should have or the way things should be in his life.  This helped him keep his priorities straight and have a grateful heart.  He knew it was only by God's strength He could do anything, and relied on God for spiritual life and power.  The Lord never failed Him and as he proclaimed truth, lives were touched and changed for all eternity.

Assurance in God makes all the difference in every situation. Only believe and we can receive everything needed to fulfill our calling in this life.   It is not by might, not by power, but only by his Spirit we can stand as the Lord goes before us daily and speaks peace, joy and love to our hearts.  Jesus is just as close as the mention of his name. He is always an on-time God and will keep his children in perfect peace when our minds are stayed upon Him.  Give thanks for his promises will never fail.
Remember, when you think you can't, Jesus says, "you can!"

                                   Lean on Jesus
