The creation of heaven and earth was a masterpiece which could only be designed by a Master
Creator, who alone is God reigning over all.
Everything He made in the beginning was good as it had been created by our Triune God and blessed by Him.
The earth and all within was made to be fruitful.
Because Adam hearkened unto the voice of his wife when tempted and ate fruit of
the forbidden tree, the ground was cursed and thorns and thistles were brought forth.
In sorrow they would eat of the ground all the days of their life and in the sweat of their face would eat bread until they
returned unto the ground. In sorrow the woman would bring forth children because of disobeying God's
command to them. We see what God made and his plan for man in the Garden of Eden
became marred as a result of sin, causing sorrow in the world.
Man was separated from the perfect fellowship he had in the garden with God because
of disobedience, even though God still loved them.
God had given the command and penalty of sin,
and it stood as stated because God is a righteous Judge.
In the fullness of time, God sent his only
begotten Son that man might have a way back to Him by receiving his plan of salvation.
There was only one who could bridge the gap made by sin between man and God to redeem us,
the second man Adam who was a perfect and willing sacrifice. God cared enough to send his
very best. Should he expect any less of us than our very best for him? (Romans 12: 1-2)
In this age, too many are conformed to the world instead of being transformed by God.
It is either Jesus or the world which one must choose and only one right choice.
The beauty of God's creation still remains for us to see and enjoy but also thorns and thistles
as a reminder of sin. Jesus is our perfect 'Vine' and in him is no sin.
If one allows sin to enter into their lives and remain without repentance, it will finally
separate them, as branches, from intimate fellowship with their source of spiritual life,
power, and fruitfulness. Without repentance, one will be cast out as being
an unprofitable servant in the end. Hebrews 7: 26 tells us "we have a High Priest who
is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens."
God through his love is always calling and drawing lost souls and backsliders to him
and to a personal relationship because sin has separated them from Him. (Isa. 59: 2).
Although the Scripture says that sin separated these from their God and he hid his face
that he would not hear, his heart of love was there longing for them to repent, forsake sin,
and come back into fellowship with Him. His Holy Spirit calls souls to come
to Him. His ear is not heavy but always open to cries of repentance.
The choice to remain in Christ and let him be in control of our lives is a decision each one
must make. Only with Christ in our lives can our souls be "something beautiful and good."
Without the Lord, we are an unfinished product as the result of the fall of man.
With the Lord in our lives, we become a new creation with all things
becoming new. With his life giving spirit flowing through our lives, we can be fruitful,
produce the attributes of Christ, and be pleasing unto the Father.
When Christ saves a soul, all things are made beautiful in his eyes and the angels in heaven
rejoice over a new creation of God. The world does not view the creations of Christ as the Father
and his angels in heaven. The angels rejoice over one sinner who comes home.
Our Lord is constantly changing one to be more like him and have a renewed mind.
One day we shall see him as he is and enter into the glory of heaven.
Until that day, may we keep the beauty of God's saving grace
within our hearts and not allow Satan to place 'thorns or thistles of sin' in our life.
May we keep God's 'new creation' as he intends by putting on the whole armor of God, loving and following him by letting him
be Lord of our life as we take up our cross daily .
Thanks unto God that we are made more than conquerors through the blood of Jesus Christ.
Blessings in Christ,

All
Things Created Good
In the beginning of the Earth
All things were perfect.....there was no evil of sin
God had created all things beautiful and good
And gave man a garden paradise to tend.
Satan entered in and tempted man made of God
The earth was cursed on which they had trod
They yielded to temptation and ignored God's direction
And spiritually they died as sin broke a perfect relation.
Man would labor to bring forth his daily bread
And sin's result would be seen in all the land
But Jesus came in the fullness of time and made a way,
God had a plan to save the soul of man and bring a better day.
He creates a new life and gives it a reason for living
When one receives the Savior they are changed and forgiven,
Old things pass away as all things are made brand new,
He is our Lord who is so faithful and so true.
