Just as the disciples said, "Lord, teach us to pray,"
We can also ask our Lord to teach us his ways,
His heart is full of love as he looks upon his own,
He has prepared a place for us...a new heavenly home.
The ways of God are right
And lead to eternal life,
His Holy Spirit will lead the way,
His blood takes away all sin and strife.
With the presence of the Lord
We have everything we need to succeed,
And we can walk in victory,
If His Word we always heed.

True Godly wisdom begins with fear of the Lord or reverence as to who He is
in our lives and in this World.
He is the Author and Finisher of our
salvation; The Beginning and The End, The Alpha and
Omega; He is our everything.
Wisdom will be given if we ask the Lord to show us his ways and teach us
his paths.
He is our Master, our Teacher, and as such stands ready to guide us by His
Holy Spirit unto all truths. His Spirit is gentle as a dove and will comfort the
heart of those hurting or with sorrows.
He will lead one away from the pitfalls of sin unto the paths of his truths.
Seeking the Lord with our whole heart results in finding Him as He is always
there. Even when one does not feel his presence, they still have the assurance that
"we walk by faith and not by sight."
Feelings can be misleading, but faith will
never falter. Believing is receiving and as one reaches out to claim the
promises of the Lord; they will know He is faithful and true.
Teach us your ways O Lord, and show us your paths. We thank you for
being there and leading us each new day
and for your Word which will endure forever and is always "timeless truths for tough times."
