Emmanuel

In a Bethlehem stable
A baby was born
To Joseph and Mary
That first Christmas morn.
They called him Emmanuel
Which means "God with us,"
For One who was holy
His birth caused no fuss.

But the angels in heaven
Rejoiced at His birth,
They knew that this baby
Was God here on earth.

He came with the purpose
To save sinful man,
And die to redeem us,
For no one else can.

A place up in heaven
Is waiting for all
Who believe in the Savior
And on His name call.

Our praise and our worship
To You, Lord, we bring,
For this Christmas baby,
Emmanuel, our King.
