               She md 11 Feb 1911 Sam Jones Ballard 

               b 13 Nov 1888 in Smith Co Tn. They had

               4  Sam Jones Ballard, Jr. b.6/29/1921 in 

                   Elmwood, Tn (Smith Co);  died  in 1999 

                 4. Herman Ballard no info on Herman. He 

                   lived at Old Hickory Lake              

               4. Clyde Ballardwho lived in Ohio.

                   They are all deceased now. Sam, Jr was 

                   the last to go. He died in 1999.
