This is truly the day which the Lord hath made, we will rejoice and be glad in it! The Soddy Church of God is a church filled with loving and caring people who will truly treat you like "family" when you visit us. It is a pentecostal church committed to the Spirit-filled, and its expression in worship and in service. We believe the Lord has called this church to accomplish the following ministries in this city and surrounding area.

1. Ministry to the Lord - This involves WORSHIP of the congregation. To be a church where individuals from different backgrounds and all ages can come together in worship, and experience the reality of God's presence.

2. Ministry to the Saints - This involves FELLOWSHIP. To develop a ministry of edifying, encouraging, caring for and loving one another as fellow believers who are brothers and sisters in Christ.

3. Ministry to the World - This is EVANGELISM. Reaching people who do not know life in Jesus, the Son of God. Sharing the Good News of the Gospel.
