Thou Wilt Keep Him in Perfect Peace,

 Whose Mind is Stayed on Thee.  Isaiah 26:3

If we start to look around us

it seems the world is coming apart.

There's problems and trouble everywhere

That can weigh heavy on our hearts.

It's easy to become discouraged

but don't let the news bind you with fear,

Just keep your faith in God,

and know He's always near.

And try to think on the good things,

remember God has all in control,

and with the Lord as our shepherd,

He will keep us safe in His fold.

So use the talents He gave you,

keep a song in your heart everyday.

think about things that cheer you,

and trust God to guide your way.

Take time to read the Psalms.

They are medicine for your soul.

Let God's peace come in your heart,

and you will see His blessings unfold.

Try not to worry about others,

just lift them up in prayer,

for worrying never solves problems,

so leave them all in His care.

Just live, love and be joyful.

Trust God to give you peace.

He wants you to be happy,

because His love will never cease.

And if you do become fearful,

and your faith starts to fail,

just remember without a doubt

God's on the throne and all is well.
