Potter's Clay by Ron DiCianni
Used with Permission
Why Lord?
Why
the burdens on me Lord?
Why can't my problems be ones I can afford?
I know there's something I should do
I practice stewardship... at least I try to.
Why
the hardships on me Lord?
I don't know which way to walk toward
I know there's something I should do
Maybe I should try to pray to you.
Why
the hardships on me Lord?
I pay my bills and I don't hoard.
I know there's something I should do.
Maybe I should glorify only you..
I
know why there are hardships on me now.
There are lessons that need learned and I know how.
I want to be what You plan for me
and in my heart is where you shall be.
