I want to give special recognition to my bass player,
Jim Wimsatt. He's the one on the right.
Jim and his wife are very dear friends of mine.
I am so proud of him.
He once played for Ike and Tina Turner
and is in the "Hall of Fame".
But he chose to give his life to Jesus and is now using his
wonderful talent for the glory of the Lord.

The roots of gospel music run deep in the hill country where Elva Hare Walker makes her home.
Elva loves God and her country. She is especially
thankful for the law enforcement men and women in her beautiful hometown of Henderson.

When you listen to Elva perform, it does not take long for you to sense, "Here is a lady who loves people."
She is a people person and her love for God is evident in her music and in her life.

So whether the selection she renders is southern or soul gospel, she will touch your heart,
and the music will move and stir your very being and make your life somewhat better because she touched you with the love of Christ in music.
