Hi. My name is Barbara. I have been a born again Christian since 1972. I have been married to my wonderful husband Courtney for 29 years and we have three grown children. Jonathan, Matthew and Jewel. Outside of God my family is everything to me. Even though we have been through many trials together my family are very precious to me.

We live in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada. I work part-time (3.5 hrs. a day) as a stenographer and as God leads I add to this web site. Only through Him could I do this.

I find that I am always growing in the Lord through studying the Word of God and through prayer. The more that I learn the more I realize how much more I need to learn about God's Word. He is so faithful to us even when we are not faithful to Him. Without Him I am nothing. With Him I am everything and all things are possible through Jesus Christ.

I believe that the Bible is the complete, infallible, and inspired Word of God. It is the final authority on what a Christian is to believe.

God is the Creator of all heaven and earth. He is perfect, wise, righteous, holy, just, and loving. I believe that He reigns supreme and secure, and that no one can oppose His divine will.

I believe in the Trinty - God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

I believe God sent His Son to be born of the virgin Mary, died on the cross, was buried and bodily arose on the third day. He is the only acceptable sacrifice and atonement for sinners. Only by God's grace and mercy through faith alone are we saved from an eternal hell. We are all sinners by nature and have all sinned against God. We are not saved by our good works but by the gift of salvation provided for us when Christ died on the cross for our sins and rose again. We must accept this free gift in order to enter Heaven.
