S.I.N.G. Graphics and Fellowship Guidelines



We pray that all of you know how precious you are to us. We have at this
time felt it necessary to set up these guidelines that everyone may know our
vision and that we will all be of one mind and one accord in bringing glory
to the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that together we will witness to others
not just in word but also through our deeds and actions. We love you and if
you have any questions regarding the guidelines please let the leaders know.
We look forward to SING Graphics and Fellowship becoming all that the 
Lord has for us to be. We look forward to each person giving and receiving 
love from each other and then bringing that love across the web.

Please read over the emails that you send through and be sure the content is
in line with God's Word. Anything that may be offensive in any way should
not be sent through. We want to honor Our Lord and Savior in all that we say
and do.

If you have any ideas that you believe would help us to grow as a group in
the Lord please address them to the founders of the group. We are open to
hearing from everyone and we just ask you to honor the leadership that the
Lord has set in place for this group.

1) This is an email egroup to lift up the praise of Jesus and give prayer for
those in need, to help others and to witness for our Lord, Jesus Christ. 
It is not an opinion board. If you have an opinion please email it to one of
the founders of the group.

2) If you have a complaint also please email it to the founders of the 
group.

3) Please..if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at
all..this group is for uplifting..not tearing down.

4) No gossiping should go on in the group...this tears down any group and
that is exactly what satan wants.

5) This does not mean we do not want your input, we do..we are a 
group...but we are a large group now thanks to Jesus and we need your input for 
concerns such as stated above to be directed to the founders of the group. Not 
posted to cause diversity, because that does give satan such pleasure.

6) We want to start picking 1 member per month and have them MEET SING'S
SERVANTS. We will ask a little information about you and all of the other
sisters can send you a card, gift, or a letter just to get to know you better.

7) We will not tolerate anyone in the group that tries to tear down what 
the Lord is building up. We will not tolerate anyone that wants to continually
cause turmoil or take away from the work of our Lord.

8) We want everyone to be able to post Christian jokes, etc. Please just watch
their content and make sure they are in Christian nature.

9) We want every sister to love one another as Christ commanded of us 
and for Our Lights to show before men....that is what S.I.N.G. 
is all about.. SERVANTS IN THE NAME OF GOD. 

10) Under No circumstances should a member ask for money or donations to 
themselves. This is not a group for sales. If you offer 
sales material on your site that is fine, that is your own private site,
but you cannot solicit to the group to buy material or for donations
or for money. We are here for you if you need prayer or can help 
to direct you in a way to help if you need it in your local area.
11)We do require participation in the group. We are an email based 
group which means a lot of email. You will have a choice
as to whether
you want your mail delivered as individual emails as they come through,
or you may choose Digest, which groups together a number of emails
before delivering them to your mailbox. A "No Mail" setting is only available for when
you have requested a leave of absence for a specified length of time. We ask that you do not abuse this privilege. We do require for you to email in at least once
a month, this is not asking too much.

12)If you volunteer for a committee, which is not required, but if
you volunteer
you must be active and report your activities to the committee
leaders. If they 
do not hear from you in a month's time and you are not on leave 
of absence,
they will remove you from the committee. 

13) We are here to serve each other the best we can and to serve God
with our all and all. We are not a daycare center! Let us serve the Lord!!
Let us Pledge Allegiance To The Lamb.

We love you all very much. We see S.I.N.G. as more than just a group. It has become an extended family for many of our members.
