~Psalm 101:1~

Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great;
thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

~I Peter 3:15~

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer
to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear;

Hello! Welcome to my Saint Patrick's Day Page. I'm not Irish by blood, only at heart. I love this holiday, and green is one of my favorite colors. It reminds me of nature and all the beautiful things God created for us to enjoy. And from the pictures I've seen of Ireland, God outdid himself when he created that little piece of land. Beautiful!

Saint Patrick was a Christian missionary to Ireland, but he was not Irish. He shared the Gospel and his love of Jesus Christ. From all I've read about him all I can say is what a testimony and what an example his life was. Learn more about him on my Saint Patrick's Day History page by clicking on the link below. I hope you enjoy your journey through these pages. I promise not to pinch you. However, I'd watch out for the little pinches near the bottom of this page. I can't speak for them and they may be a little impish today. Enjoy!

Irish Blessings

You've blessed me with friends and laughter and fun
With rain that's as soft as the light from the sun-
You've blessed me with the stars to brighten each night
You've give me help to know wrong from right
You've give me so much please, Lord give me too
A heart that is always grateful to You.

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine upon your face
The rains fall soft upon your fields
And, until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand

May God be with you and bless you
May you see your children's children
May you be poor in misfortune, rich in blessings
May you know nothing but happiness
From this day forward

May there always be work for your hands to do
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the sun always shine on your windowpane.
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

May you live all the days of your life, and
May the saddest day of your future be no worse
Than the happiest day of your past!

The Shamrock

There's a dear little plant that grows in Ireland.
'Twas Saint Patrick himself sure that set it.
And the sun on his labor with pleasure did smile.
And a tear from his eyes oft-times wet it.
It grows through the bog ...
Through the brake, and through the mireland.
And it's called the dear little Shamrock of Ireland.
