Welcome to Tyler's Story and thanks for stopping by. This page is a short version of what happened to Tyler and why I have written and shared his story on the web.

Tyler was our 4th child born 8th April 1997 and he only lived until he was almost 2 months old. Dying on the 7th June 1997 in his Fathers arms. He died from a congenital heart/lung abnormality where almost all his veins between his heart and lungs were either too narrow or were abnormally formed. We did not know this until one week before he died. Tyler never came home he lived all his short life in hospital and during the period of his illness I was only able to hold him for brief periods and you could count on one hand how many times he was in my arms.

His story has so touched and changed my life that I knew through the months that followed his death that I should write down everything that happened so that others could share his story. God has been so good to our family and we have been able to go on and have two more healthy children after Tyler. My book is on-line because it has helped me to heal and also I pray will help others in some way. It shares from before Tyler was born and continues on to show the direction my life has headed after his death.
