Valleys green, sloping hills covered with wild flowers,
Mountains reaching toward the sky, clouds bringing showers,
Fresh dew drops clinging to the grass and leaves on a tree,
It’s an awesome wonder our Lord put here for us to see,

In the spring, flowers blooming, in every nook there is to see,
Fall colors bursting with yellow, red, and orange from every tree.
Eden must have been so remarkable, the Lord tells us so,
He made it to be perfect a long time ago.

Stars glistening in my window, earth bright from the full glowing moon,
Crickets chirping, blue birds nest out there, babies hatching soon.
Little babes being born, calves, foals, kittens and puppies too,
It’s just a wonder, God can take care of all this, with all the things He has to do?

Some think riches of the world can create a paradise to love,
But don’t ever think you can be happy, without our Lord above,
For it is He who watches over us, day and night the same,
And to reach the true Heaven, is to accept Jesus name.

Imagine the Father in all His wonder, just knowing us all by name,
Before we were even born, He loved us all the same,
So Glorious is the wonder of His redeeming Grace,
It will also be a mighty wonder, when we see His glorious face.
